Credits

T4 does not keep a balance of its own. Your balance is your api.dalang.io wallet — the same one used by VPS, hosting and the other Dalang services.

Viewing the balance

• The chip in the top-right of the T4 dashboard reads GET /credits/balance.
• The Credits page shows the balance and the last 15 transactions.
• The full history lives at dalang.io/dashboard/credits.

If the API cannot be reached, T4 shows “Balance unavailable” and never a fake Rp0.

Topping up

1. Open Dashboard → Credits.
2. Choose an amount: Rp50,000, Rp100,000, Rp250,000 or Rp500,000.
3. Press Create invoice — you are redirected to a Xendit invoice.
4. Credits are added once payment is confirmed.

Minimum top-up is Rp50,000; maximum Rp100,000,000 per invoice.

Debits

• Usage is metered hourly, but the credit debit is monthly: one platform-priced

quote per user/period, including PPN.

• The account quota is 50 GB of live objects.
• Uploads and API key creation require a positive balance (at least Rp1).
• A monthly debit leaving exactly Rp0 stops storage without debt. An

unpaid/overdrawn amount is debt with a 10-day grace period.

• During grace the data is retained and top-up is available. After 10 days the

objects and buckets are deleted and API keys revoked; the debt/invoice remains until paid.

• After a successful top-up/payment, the retry reactivates the service. The

Billing page shows the final debit.
